By using Vantyx Crawl (“Service”) at vantyxcrawl.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Acceptable use
- Scrape and crawl only content you are permitted to access. Respect robots.txt when enabled (default).
- Do not use the Service for denial-of-service, credential stuffing, spam, or illegal activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or org credit controls.
Accounts and billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Credits and usage limits apply per plan. Refunds are at Vantyx’s discretion except where required by law.
Data and retention
Crawl and archive artifacts are retained per your org settings (default 30 days) then deleted. You are responsible for exported data.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty. Vantyx is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of scraped data or third-party site changes.
